We are delighted to invite researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world to join us for the 3rd World Conference on Smart Tourism (WCST2025). This year’s theme focuses on the transformative role of AI and digital technologies in shaping the future of tourism and hospitality, while building global connections.

Call for Papers:

We welcome submissions on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

- Digital technologies and transformation, VR/AR, robotics and automation

- Smart devices and applications, data analytics, artificial intelligence

- Social media, user behavior, smart business solutions, smart governance, and smart destinations

- Hospitality management, food & beverage services, transportation, attractions, sports, leisure & recreation

- Cultural heritage, entertainment & education tourism, sustainability, environmental and social responsibility, methodology, and more

Important Dates:

- March 31, 2025: Abstract Submission (150 words)

- May 1, 2025: Full Paper Submission (1,000 words)

- June 30, 2025: Announcement of Accepted Papers

- August 31, 2025: Early Bird Registration Deadline

- October 31, 2025: Regular Registration Deadline

Registration Fees:

- Member: $200 (early bird), $300 (regular)

- Non-member: $300 (early bird), $400 (regular)

- Graduate student: $100 (early bird), $200 (regular)

- Undergraduate student: Free (Social Event Fee: Pay extra $50)
